Why was my account deleted?
Your account could have been deleted because you had an invalid photo.(pornographic, non face shot or art work). Photo must be of you and your face should be visible. A photo of a family pet is ok to post. Although, it is better for you if you have a photo of yourself on the site. Your account could have also been deleted if you didn't fill out the "About Me" section properly.
How do I change my email address or password?
You can change your password by clicking the "My Membership" link. Then click "change password". You can change your email address by clicking your "Edit my profile" link. Then click "edit profile". Here you can change some other information including search preferences. On the edit profile page, you can change you basic information by clicking the "Basic information" link. Here you can change your eye color, hair type, income level, sign...etc.
After you've made your changes, click "Save" at the bottom of the page to save.
How does "My Matches" work?
My Matches works according to the basic profile and "search preferences" at the bottom of the "edit profile" page.
When someone emails me, where does the email go and how do I respond?
When a member sends you a note, it goes straight into your onsite message Inbox. We then send an email to your personal email address to let you know that it's there.
To read the note, simply login to the site and go to your Inbox. If you decide to write back, simply click "reply", write your own note and send away. Your note will go straight into the member's onsite Inbox, and we'll let them know it's there with an email to their personal email address.
All communications with other members stay onsite so that you never have to give out any personal information until you feel completely ready. Then when you are, you can exchange phone numbers and even meet in person.
Note: We do not read personal messages.
How do I edit my email settings?
Log into the site and click on "My Profile". Then click on "My Settings" in the drop down menu. The Dating site information email sent out every Friday or Sunday is mandatory. If this is a problem, Keystroke Dating Service will remove your account apon request. All other email preferences are optional. Example: Getting messages, winks or when a user adds you to a hotlist.
How do I edit my profile? How do I hide my profile?
To update your profile, click "Edit My Profile" in the Members menu. Be sure to save your changes at the bottom of the screen when you're done.
Try to put your best foot forward with at least one photo and snappy, detailed essays about your interests. The photo is key since most people feel more comfortable writing to members they can see. Try to stay positive in your essays and let the real you shine.
To hide your profile, select "No" for the option "Other members can see when I'm online?" on the "Edit My Profile" page. Keep in mind, however, that members who are most active on the site keep their profile visible in all places because it ups their chances of connecting with people. And you never know, someone special may be looking for you and never get to find you if your profile is hidden.
How do I upload a photo?
1. Click "Upload Photos" in your navigation menu at the top. (you must be logged in)
2. Click the browse button to locate your photo on your computer.
3. Then to finish the process, click the upload button.
4. If you want your photo to be hidden and have a password, read below.
How do I make a photo private?
When you are uploading your photo, make a new folder and call it private (or a different name). Here you can also set a password for your photo. When you would like someone to see the private photo, you just give them the password for the photo so they can view it. If you have any questions about this process, please post your question on the forums. The forums link is located under " Site Tools " in your member panel when your logged in.

How Do I Instant Message Other Users?
You can use the instant message feature with any other users online for free. You have to click the "IM User" link in the mini profile box to start the Instant Messenger. Just click "Members Online" under "Site Tools" in your navigation menu at the top to get to the mini profile boxes.
How Do I Block Other Users On Instant Messenger?
To block other users simply click on the circle with a cross through it on the instant messenger viewer.
How do a Ban/Block a member from sending me messages?
If you would like to Ban/Block a member from contacting you, visit their profile and click Ban Me. Then the user will not be able to send you messages at all.
If you would like to remove the Ban/Block. Go up to the navigation at the top and under My Lists, click Bans. Then all you have to do is click the remove button beside that members picture in your ban list.
How come I have no site navigation?
To use Keystroke's navigation, your browser must have javascript enabled. > internet options > security > custom level
